Led by Annika Rose, a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, Pilates Bodiére was born from a love of movement and a deep respect for the classical Pilates method, delivered in a modern, accessible way. Pilates Bodiére is all about helping people move better, feel better, and grow stronger through the key principles of Pilates.
With a background in dance at a young age, Annika developed an early appreciation for how the body moves, strengthens, and expresses itself. That foundation evolved into a lasting passion for movement and the ways it, along with good nutrition, can support a strong, healthy body.
For Annika, Pilates is more than just exercise; it is a practice of connection with the body, building strength, balance, and awareness from the inside out.

Pilates Bodiere is a fully mobile service based in the Sutherland Shire, available throughout Greater Sydney and the South Coast. Sessions can be held in the comfort of your home, workplace, retreat accommodation, studio, or online, and at locations where permits are available.
Where do you offer pilates sessions?
Yes, reformer instruction is available for clients who have a reformer at home or access to one. While Pilates Bodiere is a mobile service, reformers cannot be transported to client locations.
Do you offer reformer sessions?
Yes, it’s important to share any stage of pregnancy so sessions can be safely adapted to support you and your changing body. Pilates can be a wonderful way to maintain strength, mobility, and connection during pregnancy with the right modifications.
